Bad Apple’s Bios

L. Bohlinger is a long time Harry Potter enthusiast, an educator, mama of a strong willed little girl, and loving, patient wife of a really tall guy. She has always been conscientious about her weight and diet since high school. After overcoming anorexia, she started working on her self image and her confidence about her entire self both inside and out. In college she started working out and making sure she was eating well. She refused to try running long distances until she got her energetic puppy, and started her first job as a high school teacher while finishing grad school. (Talk about stressful!) She may be an on and off again long distance runner, but will always be an avid hiker in the wonderful state of Colorado. She is continuing to learn about her health and body through trial and error after having a baby, working full time, and becoming a PhD student. She is learning to balance it all! She believes in making the right lifestyle choices based on each person as an individual because everyone is different, and what she does may not work for you- that’s ok at least you're looking for ways to try and be your best self! She wants to provide insight into health as a working professional and mother because the struggle is real, and we can all use some tips and tricks along the way.
